personally i found juicing hard on my liver , probably to do with the large amount of Sugar and little fibre you are consuming in that liquid parcel.

go with chinese licorice root , magnesium chloride , fresh fruits and vegetables , whole grains , limit animal fats as i find they can weaken the liver.use some bitters if u can stomach them.
