Just curious..how do you know you have leaky gut?

You could always benefit from extra, keep in mind "good" bacteria will be bad if you don't have sufficient stomach acid and they hang out in the small intestine.

If I decide to go natural route hcl sounds like something i will take.

I would do the HCL either way. Otherwise they'll just come back after the treatment has ended. HCL keeps the small bowel bacteria in check much like good bacteria keep candida in check.

Do what you feel will help you the most. I always try natural first, then alternatives, but that's me.
