What makes you think the ER would "pump you up with toxins"?

It is impossible for anyone here (unless they are psychic) to know what is going on in your body. The symptoms you are describing are very severe... it may be that you do need to go to the emergency room.

You will need to make a judgment call about what is needed. From my perspective, you should be seen at once by a health care professional, whether AMA or holistic.
