Hello all...
I and getting ready to do my flush tomorrow and i have Andreas Moritz 's book but i was confused on how much grapefruit to use?? The book says 3/4 glass?? Would that be 12 ounces since it is going into a pint jar which is 16 ounces and the olive oil is 4 ounces? Please someone help to let me know, i really want to follow this cleanse to a T and so far I have followed it perfectly. Thanks sooo much...Jamie
