bgone-sounds like a good plan!Just curious..how do you know you have leaky gut?I dont think I have that because all my other levels were normal.Now i understand the good vs bad bacterias-thanks!Geez,atleast I know i have good bacteria in me!so i probably dont need/wouldnt benefit from probiotics huh?If I decide to go natural route hcl sounds like something i will take.Im sure i have low stomach acid levels because i get indigestion/heartburn every once in awhile.I am on and have been on the candida died for awhile now...with a few cheats sometimes...well who doesnt?lol I plan to take digestive enzymes too.Am currently taking glutamine,and gettign good results!Stools went from diarrhea to more formed.I dont care for meds so much myself,but i have read alot about xifaxan and seems to work for alot of people.GI said it is absorbed only within the intestine-so i understand your point about killing the good bacterias.Its a tough decision...not sure what im gunna do
