Today when I did my ACV Bomb and tinctures I got an intense pain in my stomach, the lay on the bathroom floor, sweating type of pain. This has happened twice before after I did them. It does not happen all of the time. Perhaps the problem is when I have not eaten in awhile? It is 2pm now and all I have eaten is a pint of juice and a handful of grapes (I was at church and just got home). But in the morning all I have is juice and then I do the ACV & tinctures and have no problem. I am looking for any thoughts someone may have or if others have had this problem. I am wondering if it is the garlic or cayenne hitting my stomach that is the problem?

I am starting my juice fast tomorrow and I am hoping it will not be like this three times a day when I do these!
