I thought Jesus was God. How would he get more of the Spirit of God if he was God?


I'm not advocating not getting baptized. As I've said before, it is an act of obedience to be baptized. I have been baptized.

I don't advocate being disobedient to God in any way. I desire to be perfect like I said before and would think all christians desire that.

My point in all this is does the glory for our obedience go to us or God? Are we made righteous by our obedience or is our obedience a result of God's righteousness at work in us?
