I dont know it might sound weird , but sometimes when I stop working , stop being active for awhile , it is like my hormone takes a break and I will feel alot worse.
Maybe that is what is happening you might be getting worse before getting better.

Anyways I feel for you , why did you stop your treatment ?
dont go and try all kinds of weird protocol yet try to stabilize and do a little at a time.
