day 1 of another ten days water fast...
oh dear, i wish i had not stopped on wednesday.....
but hey, reality's so that i did, and so here i am, starting again, now.
Today's sunday so it's good, i'll take it very easy, will go for a walk in the forest at some point but apart from that, nice and quiet, reading, maybe some writing too...
I realise how demanding i am towards myself, how hard i am with myself sometimes (most of the time...) so also very easy disappointed at myself...
This is something i wanna try and change!!!
And start being satisfied with who i am , what i look like and what i do!
haha... big one!
