Oh, my. I'd suggest that you were polluted and are detoxing and only half way home. Get some Vitamin C to aid detox, and use Coconut Oil, please; should do the trick. Dear soul, please check the ingredients in your 'natural' product. For example, many multi-vitamin & mineral supplements contain nickel and vanadium, toxic heavy metals.
