Interesting info for sure. I have changed my diet to eliminate wheat and dairy (5 years ago -- vast improvement), but not vegetarian at all. Still eat eggs and butter. Fortunately, my gyn is not pro hysterectomy at all, my bleeding seems under control (iodine made a huge difference), but something is not right (pain, heaviness, and cyst with endometrios in it). I greatly appreciate all the ideas and info as I ponder my next step -- appt with gyn on Monday!
