Read the whole thing. Ping! lightbulb.... I've done A in the past, but nowhere near that amount and stopped it maybe 6 months ago. I was taking cod liver oil but but stopped that, too. I still eat eggs, butter, and a little chicken and fish, but that's about it. The Iodine supp. (Lugol's) just didn't seem to be helping my symptoms, felt kind of "harsh," and I was consistently testing "no" for it with a kinesiologist/nurse/energy work practitioner I trust in all forms except kelp and Water oz Iodine which is more of an energetic product. I gotta have her test me on A, this makes a lot of sense.
