I finally found out I have a low white blood count. The doctor mentioned it a few times but never got real excited over it or sent me to a specialist. Now I find out that a bad thyroid and autoimmune disorders have low wbc's.

I take 5,000 vit D a day but still catch everybody's cold.
I do remember that when I didn't eat "any" sugar, I did much better. I have a cold right now. :(
