I'm curious--what wakes you up in the middle of the night? Not getting a minimum of five straight hours sleep, w/out waking for any reason is the fastest way to wipe out your adrenal glands, thereby weakening your immune system in addition to making life miserable. 14 years is a long time. While we are sleeping the body is free to do most of its adrenaline production.
