I'm doing full strength but still, beside this massive brain fog i dont notice anything, feels like my head is going to explode or float away.

I only weigh a little more than you, this diet is killing me. I average around 115. I'm a 25 year old male at 5'10. Definitely not healthy. I was about 150 6 months ago.
