yea i'm also taking turmeric an cayenne incase it's bacterial, i mean i do feel sligthly better, but the fog keeps coming an going, an my stomach pain is BAD. I guess i'll just finish the paragone then start on the bacterial route. I didn't know proteins fed bacteria, my diet is like only chicken. So i'm gonna switch it up see if anything happens.

Also i'm experiencing something i've never experienced, I keep seeing bright little lights, like little dots/pixels, not any color just bright. Kinda like what you get a rush of blood to your head, but more distinct. I keep seeing them more an more often, moving around real quick then dissapearing.


Not sure what that is.
