Dear Dr Lam, Its summer time again in Africa where I live and its very hot. To make matters much worse I just had a crash.Its funny my adrenals seem to have recovered but the heat is killing me. Every year I have a lot of trouble tolerating the heat.I much prefer the cold. Another interesing thing I saw on your website is that I never crave carbs, never ever. No sugar, no caffeine, no carbs at all. I just read your website that this could mean I have Hypothyroidism. I also have adrenal fatigue.

My last TSH reading was 1.6 ref o.27- 4.2( I take o.5mg of eltroxin daily) My body temperature is normally above 98.6 deg . If there is a problem here can I go on more thyroid medication with weak adrenals ?
