Wow; nothing at all?! jeez its amazing how it can work for me so well and nothing at all for you! I've read that for some people there is a cumulative effect.

What was the cause of your adrenal fatigue if you don't mind my asking? Also could you mention all your other symptoms (for ex. panic attacks)

I am trying to get an idea if people with different sources of AF respond differently.

For me it was 24/7 emotional/mental stress. Nothing physical.
