I started on Dr. Wilson's Adrenal Rebuilder about 3 weeks ago. I take that in conjunction with Ester-C, B-Complex, Extra B5 and B6 as well as Ashwagandha and Holy Basil. I am feeling much better as well.

However, I am also being treated for Hypothyroid (Armour Extract) and Candida, so I do believe that decreasing Candida positively impacts the Adrenals as well.
