I especially like that you recognize what WASN'T a good idea.

At 21 I don't think I did.

Fifty years later, I now wonder if some of the heavy metals affecting me aren't responsible.

I have mercury Amalgam fillings, and almost certainly excesss copper.

It will take me a while to be sure, but it is wonderful to have a way the body can balance its minerals without fuss.

...Footbaths in a one percent solution of Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts. A person's skin balances minerals, both in and out, automatically, without the need to run to 'experts'.
