Have you stopped the accutane? It's really nasty stuff, totally messes with your liver. Yes, you need to give your skin a rest -- remember, your skin is a picture of all that is going on *inside*. Bring yourself back to health with good foods, and wear SPF 30 daily!! You might look into using enemas or colonics and Liver Cleansing to clear out the accutane residue.
