USELESS- when you get nothing out. You're just putting more pressure on the liver if the jam is too much or too tight. I fully believe in liver flushes, however HCL, and removing things that may cause inflammation to the liver first is crucial. Ive done this for YEARS, read all the books, tried it myself over and over again. Seems I did best with a candida diet, and supplement help- that stimulated the bile/liver for a month prior.
