I have no white tongue, basically my immune system is overactive for some reason. I know I have some kind of intestinal/bacterial problem, because when I took coconut oil I had a huge die off, but my symptoms always return.

The only other thing I did was take high does of vitamin B5 because it made my skin perfectly clear

I also am losing weight like crazy, I don't understand I am just desperate for help now because my regular doctors don't believe in candida and look at me like I have 3 heads when I talk about the possibility of Antibiotics messing me up.
