My problem is I can do the fast but afterwards get a throbbing headache. I'm wondering if it is "low blood sugar" migraines...or something to do with the blood sugar..I"m not diabetic but one doctor said I have insulin resistance.

Also I read somewhere that people with migraines have low magnesium and chocolate has magnesium.
