Maybe you should try swishing with coconut oil instead.
My problem was a sinus infection that would not go away.
I always felt like something was stuck in my throat. Nothing worked until I tried swishing with coconut oil.
My symptoms were gone the next day after dealing with them for 2 months plus. Maybe its the kind of oil.
