It could be anything...see, the thing is, I don't understand why people don't just tackle healing the overworked gland with Vitamin C and B-5, and the corresponding hypoglycemia by eating to keep it stable. You do that, you conquer the two biggest things, and you can do a process of elimination with anything else.
I'm healed now, nearly 100 percent, but if I could do it over, I would:
1.) Get on Lam's stuff (minus the extras like collagen, Ribogy, Gluthianone) and stay on it for two-three months, riding out the bumps unless they got unbearable. If you are unsure if you have AF, do a saliva test.
2.) At same time as #1, eat to prevent the crazy blood Sugar stuff from the hypoglycemia. Cortisol and glucose both rise and fall, and spike and surge and plummet, in tandem, always.
3.) Find something to gently clean my liver like Livatrex or the LiverX biosorb stuff. No Epsom Salts to crash you, no major emotional outbursts, etc.
4.) Do the adrenal breathing on Lam's site to balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
5.) Do qi qong for balance and muscle tone. Similar to tai chi...screw yoga, because you sit on your butt and doesn't help balance.
***f*** colon cleansing right now. You'll just crash your adrenals anyway, and when you're are strong enough to detox later on, you can do the cleanses in the proper order, starting with the colon.
Then I'd see where I am...a lot of stuff has been eliminated as a culprit for not only AF, but other offshoot conditions from the AF.
