The saliva test was very accurate. I had tried the progesterone cream prior to the test because I had always assumed I was estrogen dominant but it only helped a little. After the test I was given progest sublingual drops, dhea sublingual drops and pregnenalone drops. My ratio with dhea was off also. After starting these drops I had a complete turn around of all symptoms within 2 weeks. I have noticed that Sugar plays a major role with Acne because it messes with the hormones, so I try to avoid most processed sugar. Natural Sugar is fine like fruits and honey, etc. Hope this helps.
