Mighty, I skimmed through the page for the link you gave. Wow, you really gave some good answers. I was very impressed. :) When I get some time I will have to read it more thoroughly. Your story about your lungs is very encouraging.

I am not 100 percent sure what is wrong as I refuse to go to a doctor, but I have had a chronic cough for almost three years.

I question whether I would even be alive today if it were not for the short fasts. It definitely helps keep it under control, but I have not been able to get rid of it. I know I have to get more aggressive with my fasting in order to experience real healing. I will either have to make my short fasts more frequent or do a long fast which I don't seem to be capable of at this time.
