I've started GSE. I doubt Grapefruit-Seed-Extract cures SIBO, but hopefully it will improve symptoms.

I think maybe we need to study up on SIBO to find the best way to treat it, while not allowing Candida to overgrow. Maybe we need to take Antibiotics . But Antibiotics can sometimes make SIBO worse in the long run. I think the best protocol for curing SIBO probably does include Antibiotics , but it is proably also the riskiest way for those of us who are allergic to Candida, or prone to yeast overgrowth.

I'm taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for now because I don't think it will do too much harm to my good bacteria, but hopefully will improve my symptoms.
