After 18 days water fasting, fried chicken has most probably been quite radical, and the poorest thing to swallow... :/
No drama but i really believe after a long fast, some veggie juice for days is the best.......
I haven't done always so well on refeeding though, and never got sick or anything, i mean, no drama!
You put on quite a bit of weight again, well, slow down, eat raw again, and exercice, surely you'll have lost some more very soon!
