I feel without a doubt my use of Tylenol contributed to my clogged liver. My problems started years ago with chronic headaches for which I took Tylenol. Then I had chronic neck and shoulder pain for which I took more Tylenol. I put myself into a viscious cycle. I now take ONE Aleve and that is only when I am super desperate...maybe once a month.
