I don't have any "current symptoms". This all took place back in July 2010. I took the Antibiotics for three days, had to stop, a few days later WBC normal, x-ray showed bowel back to normal. I have normal bowel function. I'm simply trying to find a way to keep it that way since I have NO IDEA what caused the problem in July (other than the gastro virus I had). I can't tolerate lots of fiber, makes me uncomfortable ("full" feeling in the rectum and sometimes gas). I stopped eating whole wheat pasta and breads because of this, just as bad as Metamucil. I don't need help to have a normal BM.
