Wow! 6-8 oz of OO? I only take 4 oz of OO (Olive-Oil) and 3/4 cup of gj. Maybe that's why I can take it all with a few sips through the straw. You're probably getting better results than I am, though. If it works, keep doing it. I'm considering increasing my OO (Olive-Oil) so I'll have a better idea of what it's like.
