Perhaps it wasn't a lie what I was told when I was a kid that if you swallowed your gum it got stuck in your tummy ; )


I'm new here and have only done two flushes so far but I have to say that the stuff that people expel after a Liver-Flush is amazing. You must feel great relief, Telman. Well done, to both you and your liver!


I can't believe most doctors don't take this seriously. Everyone contributing and sharing their experiences and support here should have a great, big hug because of the positive things this can mean to someone who is sick and can be helped by flushing.
