The problems sound like they are coming from a GI infection, question is whether it is candida. I would suggest you start with proper testing (Metametrix GI Effects) and determine what is the culprit. I would not be surprised that this is protozoa in nature (possible blastocystis hominis) or perhaps bacterial. The candida thing is viable but not the only problematic pathogen in the gi tract.
