I did a lot of researching and reading before deciding to do the Liver Flush immediately following the MC. It's a good of time as any from all I read. I would like to know how my sleep will be disturbed and if I will be able to go to an 11:15am meeting or not... I just took my first Epsom Salt and water drink. What a shock! I have been doing SWF's for days and I had myself braced for a very salty drink. It's not really salty at all, just weirdly bitter and gross! How very interesting!
