and then there's chocolate.
I had a little bit of good quality dark chocolate awhile ago--am not a "sweets" person, though I like cocoa in black bean soup; and I was really wired, after that!!!
Buzzing, and feeling my pulse throughout my arms; could not sleep, etc.

I've come to the conclusion choco;ate is very medicinal for me. One small piece, twice a year or so, and it seems wonderful. More -- (I ate some two nights in a row) and it's not good.
