I have just got the book yesterday and went straight to Chapter 10 where the code instructions are given. I have used the code just once going back and forth to the book. So it's too early for me to comment on it's effectiveness. I have used almost every technique mentioned above and many more over the last 30 years. Nothing seemed to have worked for me so far. But i have not given up hope yet. Hopefully,persistence will pay.
