I have the same background than you.
I had lots of Antibiotics while i was a child. By the way, while i m taking i m experiencing symptoms i had when i was young.

By the way it looks like this strain of candida is very sensitive to PH.

In my case, when i drink something that is acidic i have bowel movement.

By the way, it has been proven that citric acid has a toxic effect on Candida.
