The politics of medicine and diet have so many people utterly convinced up is down that it spawns debates, and money making opportunities for those who would prey on the gullible.

great grandma was right - and she did not even get *paid* or need a *book* to convince her... most of the MSM and politically correct crap as explained to us by the very well paid, and biased *experts*, as far as diet is concerned, it is wrong, and in many cases, a flat out lie.
