He really does have high BP and has been on meds for years. He hears all my rants and vents on eating healthy, taking supplements, getting activity, sunshine, etc., but he won't do any of it. He's pushing 60 like me and eats like a teenager ... junk food, sweets, sodas. I have stopped trying to get him to change ... it was stressing ME out!

Anyhow we do take our BP at home, but the physical for the job requires the doc's 'official' reading. So, I just hope and pray the additions of yucca root & magnesium with his meds will be enough.
