 Well, he's had to follow ups where he went to the doc's office and a nurse let him relax for about 15 minutes then took his BP. He even took his music and earplugs to listen to before she took the reading.

I found some old posts here on this subject and started him on yucca root, plain magnesium [as opposed to the mag/calcium combo] along with his BP pills. Would added potassium be a good thing or not?

Potassium can work in some cases since it displaces sodium and is a natural diuretic.
