About 7 days ago had acute pain and spent a lot of day almost doubled up as waves of pain went through me. I had the previous few days eaten a lot of greasy and oily food ( turkish ) and then started having pain. In the past, this normally occyurred at night and I would wind up with bad daihreahha ( the trots ) and its would be sorted and all good.

This time however the pain went on for 2 days - hells bells!! Eventually half way through the second day I had to go home from work as I was almost passed out from th epain and nausea.

I managed to find the gallstone cleanse process by Dr Nan and immediately bought 1.5 litres ( 1.5 quarts ) of apple jiuce and wolfed it down...within 2 hours I was feeling less pain.

As per Dr Nans method, I continued the 4 large glasses of apple juice per day for 5 days but the pain was gone pretty much after 3 days.

On the 6th day ( last night ) I did the Epsom Salts & olive oil/lemon juice bit and this morning - well I had Gallstones in every loo trip, some as big as 10mm ( 1/2 inch ) diameter. All I can say is thank you to Dr Nan and everyone here who posted their results!!

Incidentally - both my mum and sister have had theor gallbladder out. Hopefully i have avoided that!
