It has just been that my condition is almost not existing anymore so that i have done all other things in life than thinking of my head..

Well, some of you wonders how i changed my diet.

I stopped eating almost all quick carbos.

Flavored products like pasta and bread.

All vegetables that grow under the earth for example potatoes, carrots, cellery, garlic etc.

But all of vegetables growing outside the ground i eat like tomatoes, cucumber, salads etc.

Also then since i do not get to much carbs i eat alot of healty fat for using as energy source.

This could be like olive, fish with alot of fat like salmon and alot of fatty acids.

Also, i do not know if this is what help my condition or if it was the medicine.

While i was using meds i was using Accutane, Dapsone, Antibiotics and other, you can find in my posts.

Well, time to post a update picture.

This is the picture of my condition in April 2009:

This picture was taken 05.07.09 when i was on medicine, but before i started on diet food.

And today 27.10.10 i took this pictures:

Today i have nearly any symptoms of the Dissecting Cellulits.
But i have alot of scars and my head is not looking very attractive without the hair.
But as long as i have no pain and the hair is covering it all it is no problem...
But i does not look forward to loosing my hair when getting a little older,,, im 29 at present.

Then i maybe alot of the scars have began to fade if i have not got the symptoms back again, lets hope not.
And if it is too bad i can always wear a wig... Had that when the desease was very active.. it hurt but at least i could be out with people and no one was staring at me like im a freak..

Well, that was a little update from me.
I am not very active in the forums anymore but i promise to come check on you from time to time.
