Thanks Carol - I am ready for full BATTLE - I have so many problems that have left me with no life at all - don't know where the damned years have gone - but I am a stubborn Taurus and I am once again, ready to do full battle this time if it's the last thing I do, including taking food grade hydrogen peroxide - it's done well for my 18 year old fur baby (kitty) who has kidney disease and I know it will set my body straight too.

As for the Betonite, I did use it years ago but don't remember the circumstances - and psyllium, of course it's good.
