Make cilantro pesto:
1 clove garlic
cup almonds, cashews, or other nuts
1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons olive oil

Take 2 TSP and on the second day 30 minutes after taking 2 tsp take the test. To be honest, taking MCP THEN the cilantro will yield better results.
