I remember being desperately thirsty with AF. Having recently begun the McCombs Plan, I started adding trace minerals to my water. Never has water quenched my thirst before. I'm not sure if anyone can answer this - but is it better for someone with AF to take the trace minerals? I would think so, but maybe not. It makes me feel better.
