It looks like you have a case of Chronic Atrophic Erytemathous Candidiasis. It is a commun case caused by a latent yeast infection and low immunity. Yeasts were able to penetrate the cells and are "dormant" but still producing metabolic products that cause redness, itching, burning, and inflammation. You WON'T find Drs who know about this condition. You will need long term systemic antifungal drugs ( possible a combination ) and a local cream at the same time. This problem won't show up in conventional tests. I also live in S. Florida ( Miami ) I have information about some Holistic MDs in this area. You should get guidance from Dr. Marjorie Crandall, as Etienne advised you, Crandall is a pioneer in this area and brought this condition to the light.
