Liver flush! I hate it. I really did it just a few times -2 or 3 maybe, the third wasn't a complete one - and loved the results, but I will never do it again.

I have discovered that for me, coffee enemas do the same thing. And they also feel good too, not at all like any water enema. Or liver flush!

Is cofee enema can be considered as a gentle liver flush? What do you guys think? I am so into it, that I was banned from FastingConnection for it. The thing is that I experience with coffee enema the same results as with liver flush, but faster and without any pain, and want to know if anyone can confirm that.
