I also don't think someone HAS to have high heavy metals along with with candida, but there can be some type of relationship there...

I have high lead and other metals and when my candida was most severe, when I would get severe candida die-off from taking herbs (GSE) or just drinking sips of lemon water or ACV, I would get symptoms like numbness in the extremities, which was more like metal symptoms, according to my doctor. It was like metal was being released when large amts of candida were dying off. In turn, when I chelated for metal and took larger doses of chelating meds for my metal tests, I would purge candida at that time through my urine. I would also get a sucking sensation in my sinuses which I knew to be candida die-off just from taking the chelating meds.

anyway.. just observations based on my own experience....
